I would highly recommend a visit to O’ Leary’s Camera World. I dropped in on the off chance they might be able to fix and old Nikon D80 I have that was giving an error and not working. I left the camera with them for half an hour and they were able to resolve the issue. There was no charge and when I asked if they were sure about that, they said it was grand. In this day and age it is very rare to get such service – I hope this goodwill pays dividends. I will certainly be back when I need new equipment. – Stephen
Arrived to attempt to get a new battery for my camera, which was failing to shoot, which other stores in Cork didn’t stock. Upon inserting the new battery, my camera still didn’t fire but John was very helpful and took a look for me and attempted to fix. Although we didn’t resolve the issue, I still appreciate the time John spent to try and assist me, especially after I turned up without an appointment. Thanks again! – Liam
